    Ingredients
2 large wholemeal pitas, cut into triangles
8 small wooden skewers, presoaked
400g lean beef, diced
5 teaspoons Gourmet Garden Mediterranean Paste

Dip
250g cooked or canned beetroot, grated
1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
1 cup low-fat Greek-style yoghurt
1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
6 cups mixed salad leaves

Instructions
Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Put pita triangles on tray, spray with olive oil and cook for 5–10 minutes, or until crisp.

Step 2 Meanwhile, thread beef cubes onto skewers. Spray kebabs with olive oil; brush with 4 teaspoons of Mediterranean paste.

Step 3 Make dip: Mix all ingredients with remaining Mediterranean paste; season with black pepper.

Step 4 Preheat barbecue hotplate to medium. Cook kebabs, turning once, for 3–4 minutes, or until beef is done to your liking.

Step 5 Serve Mediterranean kebabs with dip, pita triangles and salad.
